FitPro Lifestyle Consultants is a health and lifestyle consulting company that provides services to individuals, teams and organizations. FitPro offers services in the areas of corporate health and wellness, personal/group fitness consulting and sport specific programming. Our team of certified professionals provides exercise and nutrition programming to assist individuals with their personal goals and objectives.  FitPro adheres to the holistic approach focusing on the entire person: mind, body and spirit.

 A Time for Transition....                                                         

 "It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter. FitPro started to serve the Halifax fitness community in 1994.  I have had the privilege and honor of serving hundreds of individuals, teams and corporations throughout the past 15 years.
 
At last it is time to refocus my energies so that they are more closely aligned with our family’s daily demands and dreams. It has been a challenge in the last couple of years for both Sue and I to keep up with the energy of Rachel and Jillian, as well as a growing US-based business, meanwhile maintaining FitPro which has been our passion. I have taken great pride in showing up at 5:45 am for the last 15 years to challenge all those like-hearted friends and clients pushing themselves beyond what they thought possible.
 
As of January 1st, 2010, FitPro has been transitioning, focusing our efforts on Corporate and St. Margaret’s Bay based programs.  With Spring coming, we are continuing at this time only with the children's Dance Academy out in the Bay area and will not be running our summer Boot Camps.
 
We are still searching for a like-minded health and fitness professional/company to whom we can transition our business and passion so that it may continue to thrive and serve those in the Halifax market and beyond. 

Thank you all for your tremendous support and loyalty to our programs; it has been our privilege to serve you, your family and friends over the past 15 years.  Sue and I both feel blessed to have made many lifelong friends through our business and greatly appreciate the faith and belief you all have had in us.
